Migraines occur maybe too often to some of us. - Drink or eat something containing ginger
- Drink coffee; not something with caffeine, but coffee, as it has more caffeine than anything else, as soon as you feel a migraine is starting.
- And the least solution, just lie still and try to sleep it off. It is probably the most painful, because you basically do nothing about it.
