Just want to say that I have stayed at the Sewall House for a 10 day retreat and in addition to what the writer says above the FOOD was FABULOUS! I loved all the home cooked meals! Made my stay that much more enjoyable! The Sewall House is truly an awesome place!
Cliff Bars and Luna Bars and actutally GREAT tasting energy bars. VERY tasty, and I HATE energy bars. I enjoy the carrot cake, peanut butter chocolate chip, and plain chocolate chip. Special K Bars are a healthy granola bar. I personally enjoy vanilla, but my boyfriend is crazy for the chocolate drizzled ones. I think 70 cals a piece. You can also try those chocolate drizzled mini rice cakes from Quaker. Much healthier than candy bars, and they are tasty… not your boring rice cake.
